Unique development project

New Varna city is unique with its size of 360 000 square meters of total build up area where there are plans for a residential area, recreational area and high-tech area all in the same place.

 

The area of the Project has been designed by globally recognized professionals as a neighborhood where high -tech park campuses, commercial area, public utilities and huge park in the center are intertwined in order to create one modern, innovative financially sustainable project.

High-tech park and Commercial area

One of the most important and innovative part of the project are the 2 Hi-tech campuses. Securing the birth of new technological startups and their growth, boosting employment of young IT professionals. The size of the 2 hi-tech campuses is planned to be 28 000 square meters.

The commercial zone of the project of 29 600 sq. m.  consists of a state-of-the-art outlet with a hotel. The outlet will be representing reputable brands at discounted rates and will become one of the most outstanding regional shopping centers. A gas station, restaurants, hotel, and convenience stores will add to the finishing note of New Varna City. 

In addition, 1.5 million Bulgarians who live in the surrounding area and the millions of tourists who visit the shores of the Black Sea will be potential customers of the “Outlet” and the commercial areas both in the summer and the winter. 

Smart planning of Residential area

The residential area of New Varna city is to be of 290 000 sq. m. There is a conceptual plan for construction of 3200 apartments and 613 single family houses with a park at the center containing all the public amenities required for a sustainable modern residential area, such as schools, kindergartens, sports and other facilities. 

Public amenities planned are of 5000 square meters and will satisfy the necessity of social and public life and recreation of even the most pretentious inhabitant. School, kindergarten, sport facilities, fitness centers, pools and open space playground are only part of the amenities.

The residential neighborhood is designed in such a way, that its inhabitants will be unaffected by the commercial activity, which will be located on the road at the entrance to the Project.

The project’s lungs and distinctive feature is the park, which is positioned in the center and runs the length of it. It’s a spot where locals and individuals who work in the neighborhood may unwind and relax. The park includes sport centers, pools, a skate park, and other public amenities. It will be completely devoid of automobiles and environmentally beneficial.
